How is this different from PropStream, BatchLeads, etc.? +

Those platforms give you filters to build your own lists from the same underlying data everyone else has. PropIQ's AI scores every property and ranks them — and more importantly, it learns from your outcomes. When you work our leads and feed back the results, the model retrains to prioritize what actually closes for your specific operation. No other provider does this.

What's the Done-For-You service? +

We provide trained cold callers at $7/hr who dial PropIQ-scored leads on your behalf. They qualify sellers and deliver appointment-ready leads to your closer. You control how many callers and hours. Scale up or down anytime. All dispositions feed back into the AI for continuous optimization.
